Our first visit to Madeira (direct from the Isle of Man) and we found your hotel so satisfactory that we have booked the same holiday for 2012.
Best point for us was the room quality, peacefulness and beautiful view, the general situation of the hotel with easy connection to Funchal and the excellent service from all the staff.
I have just had the most fantastic week in Madeira. Best holiday and experience in my life. Lovely hotel with friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Cannot wait to return in the future
The newly refurbished hotel is stunning!!! We have been coming for many years and the make-over is truly beautiful but most important is the wonderful staff who have become our friends. You are all doing a great job.

Everything was fine in the Hotel; we had a very nice room and view. The personnel were extremely kindly (reception - restaurant - bar and so on) I can assure you, that working in a travel agency, I will make publicity for your hotel.
